Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the timely and accurate filing of external financial reports, the remote Financial Reporting Analyst II will prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations, and coordinate the financial reporting calendar.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including related footnotes and supporting documentation
• Assist with the review of XBRL tagging within 10-Q and 10-K filings
• Maintain the financial reporting calendar and coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure adherence to filing deadlines

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 1-2 years of experience in public accounting and/or financial reporting
• Knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial statement presentation
• Highly dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• CPA candidate preferred
