Financial Reporting Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the timely and accurate filing of external financial reports, the full-time remote Financial Reporting Analyst II will prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, assist with XBRL tagging, and maintain the financial reporting calendar while coordinating with cross-functional departments.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including related footnotes and supporting documentation
- Assist with the review of XBRL tagging within 10-Q and 10-K filings
- Maintain the financial reporting calendar and coordinate with various departments to ensure adherence to filing deadlines
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 1-2 years of experience in public accounting and/or financial reporting
- Knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial statement presentation
- Highly dependable and organized, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- CPA candidate preferred
