Financial Reporting CPA Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Reporting CPA Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor a team of accounting professionals to ensure accurate and timely period end closings
• Support the integration of newly acquired business and identify areas for accounting process improvements
• Prepare financial reporting materials, assist with tax filing functions, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and processes

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in accounting, including 3+ years in team management
• Experience with US public company/SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley controls
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting/Finance and CPA license required
• Experience in the food or manufacturing industry and overseeing accounts payable is a plus
