Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret data to develop observations and recommendations for leadership
• Prepare standard FP&A materials for closing and forecast packages, including key variances and assumptions
• Coordinate financial analysis supporting the Long-Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 10+ years of applicable experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years of applicable experience
• High level of proficiency in SAP and One Stream systems
• Expert level proficiency in Excel to enhance reporting capabilities
• Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Ability to act as a business partner between Operations, Supply Chain, SIOP, and Accounting
