Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to enhance financial reporting processes and support the implementation of the OneStream platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current financial and management reporting systems and identify process gaps
• Engage with finance and technical teams to gather reporting requirements and develop new reports
• Provide guidance on best practices for OneStream reporting and offer training to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or system implementation
• Strong background in finance or accounting, with experience enhancing reporting processes
• Extensive hands-on experience with OneStream implementations across multiple project cycles
• Familiarity with other financial systems such as Hyperion is a plus
• Prior experience in multi-phase system implementation projects is highly desirable
