Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to support financial reporting and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial statements and reports
• Support the preparation and compliance of SEC filings and coordinate requests from auditors
• Develop and maintain SOX compliance over financial reporting and disclosures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience; public accounting experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and SEC reporting regulations
• Experience with general ledger software applications and external financial reporting systems
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
