Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the maintenance of accurate financial records, the full-time remote Financial Reporting Manager will prepare monthly financial reports, conduct complex financial analyses, and ensure timely reporting for healthcare services.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and analyze complex financial and statistical reports
• Generate and review ad-hoc reports related to quality, cost, and effectiveness of healthcare services
• Provide financial and business analysis while determining appropriate actions for upper management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and risk management
• Experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports
• Ability to gather and prepare analysis from various financial sources
