Financial Reporting & Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Reporting & Tax Director (LATAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review statutory financials and consolidated financial statements for Latin America
• Oversee tax compliance and strategy, ensuring adherence to regulations and optimizing global tax positions
• Lead financial due diligence for global expansion and manage equity administration and valuation processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and tax, including Big 4 experience
• Proven experience in managing global finance operations and cross-border entity structuring
• Deep understanding of US GAAP with exposure to UK GAAP and IFRS
• Strong knowledge of equity accounting and administration
