Financial Representative IV

Job Summary

Overseeing daily cash application processes, the full-time Financial Representative IV will analyze remittance details, research unapplied cash activities, and ensure accurate cash postings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash receipts and report details to finance staff
• Collaborate with collection staff to identify and resolve unapplied cash activities
• Perform month-end closing activities and support internal and external audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in cash application or accounts receivable in a large business environment
• Proficiency in working within an ERP system
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong organizational skills to meet firm deadlines and multitask effectively
