Financial Restructuring Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting upper management in corporate restructuring, the full-time Financial Restructuring Specialist will interact with clients and their counsel, manage databases, and prepare financial schedules in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Interact and provide service for clients, clients' counsel, and other professionals
• Gather data and manage databases effectively
• Prepare Schedules of Assets and Liabilities and Statement of Financial Affairs

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree with one to two years of experience in consulting or professional client services related to corporate bankruptcy or financial restructuring
• Ability to work 50+ hours weekly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
