Financial Risk Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Risk Manager to support the development of financial products for institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-design financial products and value propositions with the Product Lead, ensuring competitiveness and structural soundness
• Assess financial, counterparty, liquidity, and interest rate risks, and conduct stress testing on yield strategies
• Build risk assessment frameworks, financial models, and evaluation criteria from scratch to guide product and capital decisions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in financial product design, risk strategy, or structured finance within fintech, crypto, or asset management
• Strong understanding of DeFi protocol mechanics and structured product risk
• Hands-on experience in stress-testing financial products and assessing on-chain and off-chain risks
• Ability to build frameworks and financial models from scratch
• Builder mindset with the capability to define structure and operate without predefined processes
