Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding and implementation through long-term relationship management and account growth
• Lead customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring successful setup and transition to steady-state usage
• Drive adoption and value realization by proactively engaging customers and delivering training and support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role, preferably in algorithmic solutions or financial technology (required)
• Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships (required)
• Familiarity with algorithmic concepts and applications (preferred)
• Financial Series Licensing (preferred)
