Financial Services Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Financial Services Department, the full-time hourly Financial Services Analyst will ensure compliance, review and audit financial aid files, and assist students in obtaining funding, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and accurate information is provided to students regarding financial aid
• Review and audit financial aid files, creating and maintaining award letters as appropriate
• Participate in financial aid meetings and events, providing exit counseling and running enrollment reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience
• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferred
• 2 years of experience in a financial aid role preferred
• Salesforce experience is a plus
