Prepare new plans and maintain records for existing clients
Process requests and ensure compliance with legal requirements

Qualifications:

Four or more years of customer service experience with cross-functional business unit exposure
Knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements
Ability to research, analyze and solve problems efficiently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
FINRA Series 6 license preferred, based on assigned product/line-of-business or distribution system
