Job Summary

A company in the financial industry is looking for a Financial Services Analyst.

Position Responsibilities:

• Prepare new plans and maintain records for existing clients
• Process requests and ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

• Four or more years of customer service experience with cross-functional business unit exposure
• Knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements
• Ability to research, analyze and solve problems efficiently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• FINRA Series 6 license preferred, based on assigned product/line-of-business or distribution system
