Financial Services Client Representative

Job Summary

To support a major growth initiative, the contract-to-hire Financial Services Client Representative will serve as the primary contact for financial advisors and clients, addressing account inquiries and service requests while working remotely after an initial onsite training in Tempe, AZ.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for advisors and clients via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with account inquiries, transactions, money movement, and account transfers
• Research and resolve issues accurately using multiple systems and tools

Required qualifications:

• Experience in financial services, banking, call center, client service, or operations is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced service environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort learning new systems and technology
• Reliability and a genuine interest in growing with the firm
