To support a growing financial services team, the full-time salaried Financial Services District Manager will recruit and develop high-performing sales professionals, influence go-to-market strategies, and foster cross-functional relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and build successful sales professionals into high-performing revenue drivers
• Influence go-to-market strategy for top-tier financial services companies
• Develop a team culture around Snowflake's core values

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree required
• 15+ years of experience selling Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, or related products
• 10+ years of experience managing sales teams
• Proven track record of selling to the Financial Services industry
• Experience coaching teams on navigating complex sales cycles and negotiations
