Job Summary

Managing daily project financial operations, the full-time remote Financial Services Manager will oversee toll transaction processing, account funding, and accounts receivable activities while developing financial procedures to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily project financial operations supporting toll transaction processing and billing activities
• Manage toll authority account funding, payment scheduling, and account balance monitoring
• Oversee accounts receivable activities, including invoice validation, collections support, and payment application processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations
• Experience managing high-volume transaction environments
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial controls
• Advanced reconciliation and financial analysis skills
