Financial Services Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

Guiding providers, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), and employer groups through the onboarding process, the full-time Financial Services Onboarding Specialist will ensure accurate and compliant integration onto payment and financial services platforms while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of new providers, TPAs, and employer groups, ensuring accuracy of banking and tax identification information
• Validate onboarding documentation against company and regulatory standards, performing due diligence checks appropriate to entity type
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve onboarding issues and maintain accurate, audit-ready records

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services onboarding, payment operations, or healthcare claims/insurance operations
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML, KYC, and NACHA compliance concepts
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to validate financial and compliance documentation accurately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data validation
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume onboarding pipeline in a fast-paced environment
