Financial Services Partnerships Associate

Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day operations, the full-time Associate, Financial Services Partnerships will manage card issuing and payment network partner relationships, drive performance metrics, and coordinate cross-functional execution in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day operational management of partner relationships, serving as the main point of contact
• Track and manage partnership milestones, KPIs, and performance metrics, addressing risks and resolutions
• Conduct research and analysis to support partner assessments and evaluate new partnership opportunities

Required qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, or operations, preferably in fintech or payments
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight
• Demonstrated analytical skills, including performance tracking and developing actionable recommendations
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams to drive project execution
• Familiarity with contract management processes and deliverable tracking
