• Own the definition of portfolio epics and features, translating strategic objectives into actionable product features
• Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous iteration

Required Qualifications

• Experience in retirement or financial regulated environments
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities
• Experience with customer journey mapping or digital-first customer experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
