Job Summary

To support a growing recruiting team, the remote Financial Services Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional positions, partnering with hiring managers to source and evaluate candidates while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding support
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
• Source and screen qualified candidates through various channels, maintaining proactive communication throughout the process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience
• Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for professional-level positions
• At least 3+ years of experience recruiting in areas such as Sales, IT, or Business Development
• Proficiency in using Workday or comparable applicant tracking systems
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
