Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of Core RIA clients, the full-time Financial Services Relationship Manager will drive client retention, adoption, and health outcomes while working remotely to ensure firms realize value from the Advyzon platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage client relationships, monitoring health indicators and executing retention strategies
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities and conduct scaled business reviews to enhance workflow efficiency
• Lead renewal conversations and identify expansion opportunities within assigned accounts

Required Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or fintech
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive outcomes
• Strong understanding of client engagement strategies
• Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
