Financial Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members on various topics
• Interpret and apply changes and enhancements to products, offer consultative expertise, and maintain detailed documentation
• Educate customers on tax implications, penalties, benefits, and analyze problems for resolution

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, undergraduate degree preferred
• ChFC, CLU, or other industry designations desirable, FINRA series 6 and/or 26 licenses preferred
• One year of experience in customer service or sales-related occupations
• Knowledge of insurance products, sales process, and state and local laws
• Ability to understand plan/contract aspects and utilize technology for customer interactions
