Financial Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members on various topics
• Interpreting product suites and changes, offering consultative expertise, and maintaining detailed documentation
• Educating customers on tax implications, benefits, and resolving issues with first-time final resolution

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications preferred
• ChFC, CLU, or other industry designations desirable; FINRA series 6 and/or 26 licenses preferred
• One year of experience in customer service or sales-related occupations
• Knowledge of insurance products, sales processes, state and local laws, and FINRA rules and regulations
• Ability to understand general aspects of plans/contracts and utilize technology to enhance customer interactions
