Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Services Representative (Remote) to advise students on educational funding options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise students on financial payment options and assist with the application process
• Maintain knowledge of Federal, State, and Institutional Policies governing student aid programs
• Communicate with students to address inquiries and ensure account accuracy

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning through experience required
• Up to 1 year of relevant work experience may be required
• One year of experience in an educational setting, finance, or applicable customer service role required
