Key Responsibilities

• Collect on past due accounts via inbound and dialer campaigns
• Process payments and secure payment commitments from students
• Update records and provide feedback to management based on interactions

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Preferred experience in collections or customer service
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and dialer calls
• Proper phone etiquette and a goal-oriented attitude
