Financial Services Representative

Job Summary

Providing efficient customer service, the full-time Financial Services Representative will assist clients with financial transactions, respond to inquiries, and interpret contract provisions while working remotely from a location within 35 miles of Columbus, OH.

Key responsibilities

• Receives and responds to customer, broker, and agent inquiries
• Communicates effectively with customers and internal teams through oral and written communication
• Assists customers with financial transactions and interprets contract provisions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of experience in banking or financial services
• Participation in technical coursework such as LOMA, CLU, or ChFC is desirable
• Knowledge of insurance/financial services industry practices
• Ability to pass a credit check due to fiduciary accountabilities
