Financial Services Representative

Job Summary

Advising new and continuing students on educational funding options, the full-time Financial Services Representative will assist with the application process, maintain knowledge of relevant policies, and ensure accurate student account management in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Advise students on financial payment options and assist with the application process and document collection
• Communicate with students to address inquiries regarding educational funding and monitor payment plans
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve student inquiries and ensure account accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning through experience required
• 1 year of relevant work experience required
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Institutional Policies governing Title IV student aid programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience in customer service roles, preferably in educational settings or finance
