Job Summary
As the Sector Lead for Financial Services, the full-time remote position will manage the development and execution of channel research projects, ensuring high-quality insights into the financial services industry, including banking, insurance, and fintech.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the CCR coverage roadmap for Financial Services, aligning projects with investor demand and industry trends
- Lead the creation of structured channel check frameworks and questionnaires to generate consistent insights across various financial services companies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance research frameworks and workflows, ensuring high-quality delivery of insights
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in equity research, market intelligence, or consulting with a focus on Financial Services
- Strong domain knowledge of financial services, including business models and distribution channels
- Experience in designing primary research frameworks and structured questionnaires
- Ability to work cross-functionally with research leadership and operations teams
- Highly analytical with a capacity for quickly developing expertise in new sectors
