Job Summary
To drive sales growth and enhance revenue, the full-time remote Financial Services Sales Lead will develop and implement overlay sales strategies, identify potential clients, and collaborate with various departments to position the company as a trusted advisor in customer experience and operational risk within the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or infrastructure consultancy within the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of CX software products and market dynamics
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Deep understanding of fraud & identity workflows and contact center ecosystems
