Financial Services Solutions Director

Job Summary

Leading a team of Solution Architects, the hybrid Financial Services Solutions Delivery Director will manage technical delivery for complex enterprise projects, ensuring alignment with client goals while providing oversight and guidance in Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor a team of Solution Architects, overseeing their career development and performance evaluations
• Act as a technical escalation point during the delivery lifecycle and support resource planning for project alignment
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions for high-stakes financial services engagements and serve as the Lead Enterprise Architect

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a consulting environment
• Deep expertise in Financial Services, including Banking, Insurance, or Wealth Management, and mastery of Financial Services Cloud
• Certified Salesforce System or Application Architect (CTA preferred but not required)
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams of Solution Architects
• Full-time permanent US work authorization is required
