Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Services Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communications regarding post-purchase voucher inquiries
• Research and resolve patient billing and provider payment issues
• Document interactions and ensure timely follow-up with patients and providers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of customer support experience and 2+ years of medical billing experience
• Working knowledge of medical insurance and terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred
