Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a financial counselor to community members regarding their benefits and financial responsibilities
• Resolve issues related to outstanding balances and insurance coverage while ensuring payment plans are established and documented
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and drive efficiency in financial clearance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare customer service role focused on financial issue resolution
• Knowledge of billing and collection practices
• Experience with claims follow-up and processing patient payments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience with behavioral health and substance use disorders is preferred
