Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Sourcing Partner (Financial Services).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the fulfillment of contingent worker requisitions through the Direct Sourcing solution
• Engage with hiring managers to ensure quality job descriptions and optimize candidate fit
• Develop strategies to attract candidates and maintain updated worker information in the talent pool

Required Qualifications

• College degree, AA or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience in recruiting or sourcing and customer service preferred
• Financial services recruiting experience is required
• Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and clients
• Must have good customer service and organizational skills
