Financial Services Team Lead

Job Summary

Providing leadership and oversight, the full-time hourly Financial Services Team Lead will assist in managing the financial aid process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting team development while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists in managing the financial aid process and ensures timely and accurate review of student files
• Ensures compliance with Title IV policy and acts as a subject matter expert on financial aid regulations
• Provides customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving financial aid issues promptly

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 1-2 years of progressive financial aid experience
• Experience with student management software, such as CampusVue and Broadleaf
• Solid knowledge of federal/state education regulations and Title IV compliance
• High level of integrity and personal responsibility
