Financial Shared Services Associate

Job Summary

Providing essential support for process-level transactions in Accounts Payable, the full-time salaried Financial Shared Services Associate will manage vendor communications, process invoices, and maintain internal controls while working remotely from Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable mail and communicate with vendors and internal management
• Process invoices in AP software, ensuring accurate coding and routing for approval
• Reconcile supplier statements and maintain compliance with internal controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• At least one year of experience in an accounting or detail-oriented role
• Experience with a large international firm is highly preferred
• Fluent written and spoken English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
