Resolve technical issues through log analysis, research, and problem recreation

Required Qualifications:

Understanding of business processes and practices within long-term care or medical facilities
Experience supporting and troubleshooting web-based software applications
Experience using diagnostic tools to help resolve customer issues
Post-secondary education required
