Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Specialist CP - Adult Infusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-dollar outpatient service accounts for accurate and timely financial reimbursement
• Process referrals, registration, and secure authorization/pre-certification for complex procedures
• Provide financial counseling and maintain Epic work queues for timely resolution

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or related coursework preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a financial specialist/counselor or 3 years of related experience
• Strong working knowledge of medical and insurance industry terminology
• Proficient in relevant applications and capable of working within multiple computer systems
• Must demonstrate professionalism appropriate for a first impression role
