Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Specialist II to manage financial transactions and customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions, including billing, ACH transactions, and cash receipts
- Maintain and reconcile group and individual accounts receivables, including delinquency processing
- Provide customer service and support for account inquiries and issues related to customer accounts
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related field
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of health care eligibility and billing procedures, including HIPAA and COBRA regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks under pressure
