Financial Strategy Analyst

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A, the full-time remote Financial Strategy Analyst IV will manage enterprise operating expense planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting while serving as a trusted resource to enhance analytical quality and streamline FP&A processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead core FP&A processes and conduct monthly financial analysis to ensure the accuracy of financial results
• Own the annual operating expense planning and forecasting processes, developing expertise in financial drivers and allocation methodologies
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and reporting quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial reporting, or related financial analysis functions
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge with the ability to evaluate results and challenge assumptions independently
• Experience leading complex financial processes and managing multiple workstreams effectively
• Financial services or insurance industry experience preferred, along with knowledge of reporting and planning tools such as Workday, Power BI, or Tableau
