Financial Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing operational support and financial planning, the full-time Financial Supervisor will manage day-to-day activities, coordinate priorities, and supervise staff in a hybrid work environment with four days remote and one day onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define operational priorities and deliver scalable solutions
• Assist in annual operating and multi-year financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting
• Establish operational KPIs and ensure adherence to documentation standards and governance policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CPA or MBA preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, Workforce Planning, or Corporate Finance, with 2 years in a management role
• Deep experience with Enterprise Performance Management tools and large-scale ERP platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and build financial models
• Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to data quality and process integrity
