Financial Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Financial Systems Administrator III, the full-time remote position will manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels within T3 applications and Sage Intacct while collaborating with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to enhance financial systems and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer user accounts and manage access changes within financial systems
• Perform regular access audits and maintain data integrity to support audit readiness
• Document user administration procedures and recommend improvements for user experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 3+ years of experience in administering or supporting ERP or financial systems
• Strong understanding of core financial and accounting processes
• Experience with system administration responsibilities, including configuration and user support
• Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools, including SQL
