Financial Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Financial Systems Administrator III, this full-time remote position will manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels within financial systems, including Sage Intacct, while collaborating with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to enhance financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer user accounts, roles, permissions, and access levels within financial systems
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access changes to ensure compliance with internal controls
• Perform regular access audits and maintain documentation of user administration procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 3+ years of experience with ERP or financial systems administration
• Strong understanding of core financial and accounting processes
• Experience with system administration tasks such as configuration and user support
• Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools, including SQL
