Financial Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Financial Systems Administrator III, the full-time remote role will manage and enhance financial systems, administer user access and security for T3 applications and Sage Intacct, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer user accounts, roles, permissions, and access levels within financial systems
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access changes, ensuring compliance with internal controls
• Perform regular access audits and maintain documentation for user administration procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3+ years of experience administering ERP or financial systems
• Strong understanding of core financial and accounting processes
• Experience with system administration tasks such as configuration and user support
• Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools, including SQL
