Financial Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time remote Financial Systems Administrator III will manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels within financial systems, including Sage Intacct, while collaborating with Finance, Operations, and IT to enhance financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer user accounts and manage onboarding and offboarding processes within financial systems
• Perform regular access audits and maintain role-based security structures to ensure compliance and data integrity
• Develop reports related to user access and troubleshoot complex permission-related issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 3+ years of experience administering or supporting ERP or financial systems
• Strong understanding of core financial and accounting processes
• Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools, including SQL
• Experience with system administration responsibilities such as configuration and user support
