Financial Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Financial Systems Administrator III, this full-time remote position will manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels within T3 applications and Sage Intacct, while collaborating closely with Finance, Operations, and IT to enhance financial systems and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer user accounts and manage access changes in financial systems
• Perform regular access audits and maintain data integrity for compliance
• Support system enhancements and provide user guidance on financial applications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3+ years of experience with ERP or financial systems administration
• Strong understanding of financial processes including accounts payable and receivable
• Experience with system configuration, security, and user support
• Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools for data analysis
