Financial Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Leading the maintenance and administration of finance software applications, the full-time Financial Systems Application Administrator will ensure optimal performance of Oracle ERP, Coupa, Concur, Blackline, and Longview while working remotely for a US-based client during US EST business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and administration of finance software applications, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions during reporting cycles
• Manage application role security in compliance with global SOX controls and oversee user provisioning and change request tickets
• Collaborate with senior Finance leadership to prioritize change requests and troubleshoot issues in finance software and integrations

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials in a corporate environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing vendor-hosted cloud applications, preferably finance-related
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting projects and collaborating with team members
• Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
