Financial Systems Advisor

Job Summary

As a full-time Financial Systems Advisor, the successful candidate will manage the design and optimization of the OneStream platform, ensuring accurate reporting and analytics for global financial planning and consolidations while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of the OneStream platform for global consolidations and financial reporting
• Identify and implement enhancements, including AI-driven analytics, to improve system performance and business value
• Partner with cross-functional teams to automate financial close and planning cycles, reducing manual efforts and increasing data accuracy

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in finance or financial systems roles with a focus on system administration and global consolidations
• Expert-level knowledge of the OneStream platform and experience with SAP integration
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in leveraging AI and Machine Learning for financial processes
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional initiatives and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
