Financial Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to support Finance and cross-functional partners in delivering scalable financial system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into measurable business and system requirements
• Lead business requirements activities, including documentation and process mapping with Finance business units
• Ensure alignment between business needs and platform capabilities across multiple systems and support issue resolution during development and testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience as a Financial Systems Analyst or in a similar role within a technology-driven organization
• Experience supporting project delivery, financial systems integration, and cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated experience developing business requirements and functional specifications
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and experience managing multiple concurrent projects
