Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to serve as a critical link between business strategy and technology execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into measurable business and system requirements
• Lead end-to-end business requirements activities and maintain documentation to support IT development and delivery
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and platform capabilities across multiple systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience as a Financial Systems Analyst or in a similar role within a technology-driven organization
• Experience supporting project delivery, financial systems integration, and cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated experience developing business requirements, functional specifications, and test cases
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks, including user story creation and backlog management
